Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How To Request A Return

You can request a return in one of two ways:

Log into your SunHugg account and submit a return request within the 30-day return window.
Contact us directly at happy@sunhugg.com.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions And Non-Returnable Items

At this time, there are no final sale items. If an item becomes non-returnable in the future, it will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
