Meet Brian Timm, the creator of SunHugg. As a youth growing up in Florida, Brian spent immeasurable amounts of time in the sunshine playing soccer, swimming, and just being a kid. After finishing school, Brian moved to the Boston area – and ultimately to New Hampshire. He became very aware of his need for sunshine when affected by seasonal affective disorder. His move to a different climate prompted Brian to spend time outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, ice skating and so on. This climate adjustment revealed to him just how important sunshine is to good health. With his dedication to enhancing the way we experience the great outdoors, Brian poured his expertise and creativity into developing SunHugg.

Brian researched the body’s need for Vitamin D and its impact on our well-being, as well as circadian rhythms, disease prevention, and serotonin. Then he embarked on a mission to harness the power of the sun – even in a fluctuating climate.
