Proper Storage
The SunHugg is made to easily fold up and store away. Improper storage of the SunHugg can lead to damage to the frame and UV Shield, nullifying the warranty. Be careful not to let the shield fold in on itself and sit prolonged in the sun, as this can damage the shield.
Items NOT covered under warranty include but are not limited to:
- Wire damage caused by improper folding
- Damage caused by use on pavement, asphalt, gravel, etc.
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Damage or odor caused by tobacco products
- Damage caused by pets
- Damage caused by heaters or open flames
What if I purchase a SunHugg somewhere else?
SunHugg® is not responsible for products purchased through any third-party retailers, distributors, or resellers. Products purchased through any third-party retailers, distributors, or resellers must be returned/exchanged directly through that company. All applicable return requests and warranty claims will follow policies according to the company that sold you the product. Customer support related such as return requests or warranty claims must be directed to the company that sold you the product.
What do I do if I have a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim request, please send an email to support@sunhugg.com and be sure to include your order number and be sure to include your order number All returns require a return authorization.

Can I return my SunHugg?
Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Products (including stakes and roof covers) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be in the original carrying bag, and must include order number and/or proof of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including return and exchange shipping.
